What your client opens
“Everything for the Q3 launch — newest at the top.”
The problem
Your client work, right now.
Most studios deliver excellent work through messy channels. Three ways it falls apart:
Slack scrolling
A link from Tuesday last month, three threads ago. You'll find it eventually.
Drive folder chaos
Five folders called "Final", a sixth called "Final final", and your client opening "Final v2 — old".
Email thread hunt
Subject line: "Re: Re: Fwd: design assets". The attachment was in the first message.
The fix
One place. Per client.
Every client gets a workspace. You organize. They open one link. Nobody hunts for anything.
Drop everything in
Files up to 20MB. Any link — Figma, Canva, Drive, Notion. Tag it, note it, done.
Search instantly
Titles, tags, notes, dates. Type a word — even misspelled — and what you delivered six months ago is there.
Share with one link
Your client clicks. They see only their workspace. No account, no password, no nonsense.
What's inside
Three things, done properly.
No CRM. No invoices. No messaging. Just the thing that was always missing.
One workspace per client.
Each client gets a clean space — folders, items, history. They never see the other 19. You never re-explain where anything lives.

Magic link access.
Clients don't sign up. They click a link, they're in. Revoke anytime.
Type a word. Find anything.
Titles, tags, notes, URLs, dates — even with a typo in it.
Never share the same link twice.
Paste a URL that already exists in this workspace? Ayuvam tells you where it lives and offers to add a quick update note instead.
Already in Proposals
Google — Pixel 9 launch deck v2 · added 12 days ago
Right access for the right person.
Managers organize. Readers view. Clients see only their own workspace. Nobody sees what they shouldn't.
Every update, on the record.
Replace a deck with v4? The history stays. Clients can see "updated with new pricing — 3 days ago" without you sending an email.
Setup
Five minutes. That's it.
No onboarding calls. No data import. Open it, set it up, send the link.
Create a workspace per client.
Google. Apple. Spotify. One workspace each. Folders inside for proposals, files, links, whatever lives there.
Drop in your work.
A Canva link. A Figma file. A PDF proposal. A Drive folder. Anything with a URL or under 20MB.
Send one link.
Your client clicks. They see their workspace, beautifully organized. They never see anyone else's work.
Pricing
Less than a coffee, monthly.

Common questions
Things people ask first.
Drive is a filing cabinet. Ayuvam is a presentation. Drive shows folders and file types — Ayuvam shows your work, organized per client, with notes, tags, and a clean reader view. Your clients see titles like "Pitch deck v3" instead of "clientname_proposal_final_v3_USE-THIS-ONE.pdf".
No. You invite them by email — they click a magic link and land in their workspace. No password, no account creation, no friction. You can revoke access any time.
Yes. No contracts, no annual lock-in. Downgrade or cancel from your billing page. If you cancel an annual plan, you keep access until the period ends.
Workspaces are fully isolated — clients only see their own. Files are stored on Vercel Blob with signed URLs. Database is hosted on Neon (Postgres) with TLS in transit and at-rest encryption. We never share or sell data.
20MB per file on every plan. For larger files (videos, raw assets), drop in a link to Drive, Dropbox, or Frame.io — the link gets all the same Ayuvam treatment as a file.
Notion is incredible — for internal knowledge. As a client-facing portal it's heavy: clients need to learn the navigation, see your other databases, deal with permissions. Ayuvam is one purpose, done in one screen.
Share the work. Not the mess.
