Semiconductor physics, fluid dynamics, cell biology, a gearbox mid-load. These subjects are genuinely three-dimensional and are usually explained with a static cutaway that cannot move. We build the sequence that shows the thing working from the inside, and the interactive version where the audience changes the inputs themselves.
