What we do

AI, software
and the craft around it.

An automation, an app and a film shouldn’t feel like they came from three suppliers. We work out where AI earns its place, build it, and design everything around it.

AI solutions & consulting

AI solutions & consulting in full See Chrvoje Engineering

We start with the workflow, not the model: where the hours go, what repeats, and what a person still has to decide. Then we build it — a custom pipeline, an assistant that works from your own material, an automation between the systems you already pay for — and stay until your team runs it without us. Designed by the same people who build it, which is why the output does not read as generated.

3D animation

Hybrid 3D for documentary and television, product animation that shows the mechanism instead of the housing, and compositing that survives a grade. Delivered to broadcast spec, on the schedule post actually has rather than the one it wanted.

Education & engineering animation

Semiconductor physics, fluid dynamics, cell biology, a gearbox mid-load. These subjects are genuinely three-dimensional and are usually explained with a static cutaway that cannot move. We build the sequence that shows the thing working from the inside, and the interactive version where the audience changes the inputs themselves.

  • Technical & scientific explainers
  • Cutaway, exploded & assembly sequences
  • Simulation-driven visualisation
  • Interactive, tool-based web builds

Apps & business software

Apps & business software in full See Ayuvam

We take a product from a rough idea to something running in production with paying users on it, and we build the internal tools a company runs on: dashboards, portals, the system that replaces the spreadsheet everyone is afraid to touch. There is no handoff between a design shop and a dev shop, because we are both — and we have shipped one of our own, so the unglamorous parts are already solved.

Branding

Branding in full See Cardnation

We start with what the business is for and who it is not for, because an identity built without that is decoration with a price tag. Then the system: name, marks, type, colour, motion and tone of voice, written down so your team can run it after we leave.

Design

Interface design, packaging, campaign artwork, print, key art, a deck that has to raise money. Held to one art direction across all of it, so a backer arriving from an update lands somewhere that looks like where they came from.

Content management

Strategy, production, edit, publish, and the calendar that keeps it going. Long form and short form come off one pipeline, so a short is a by-product of the main edit rather than a second job. Built to compound — the tenth piece should be easier than the first, and if it is not, the system is wrong.

How it’s done

We study your work.
Then we build for it.

Made for how you work, not configured from a template. Fixed price and a date before we start.

  1. 01

    Study

We learn how your team actually works: where the hours go, what repeats, and what a person still has to decide. If automating it is the wrong call, you hear it here.

We learn how your team really works.

  2. 02

    Plan

You get the whole system on paper before anything is built: every step, every approval, a fixed price and a date. Changing direction here costs nothing.

The whole system on paper, at a fixed price.

  3. 03

    Build

We build it into the tools you already use, with everything visible on your own link as it lands. You watch progress instead of asking for an update.

Built into the tools you already use.

  4. 04

    Hand over

Your team runs it. Source, documentation and controls included, so the system is not hostage to us picking up the phone.

Something on your mind?

Let’s make
it happen.

Bring the problem. We’ll bring the AI, the engineering and the design.

Before you ask

Questions we get asked.

What does Ayuvam do?
Ayuvam is an AI solutions, software and design studio. It builds custom AI pipelines and automation, websites, apps and internal tools, alongside 3D animation, brands and content — end to end, from one team. Clients are broadcasters, engineering companies and the businesses that sell to them.
What kind of AI work does Ayuvam do?
Consulting and build. We start with the workflow — where the hours go and what a person still has to decide — then build the pipeline, assistant or automation that fits it, and hand it over so your team can run it. For Chrvoje Engineering that was a custom AI-powered pipeline for producing technical explainer videos.
Is Ayuvam still a design studio?
Yes. Design, branding, 3D animation and content are still made here, by the same team that builds the software. That is the point: AI output that is designed and reviewed by people who make film and brands for a living does not read as generated.
How does a project start?
With a call, then a written scope carrying a fixed price, a date, and what is explicitly not included. That scope normally lands within two working days of the call. If what you asked for is the wrong thing, you hear it then rather than in month two.
How much does a project cost?
Every project is quoted as a fixed price against a written scope, so there is no rate card. A budget range and a rough date help far more than a detailed brief does — they let us tell you quickly whether the work is a fit before either side spends time on it.
How quickly will I get a reply?
Inside one working day, usually faster. If the project looks like a fit, the next step is a thirty-minute call, and a written scope follows within about two working days of that call.
What happens after the work is delivered?
You get source files, documentation and controls your team can actually run. The work is not hostage to us picking up the phone. Progress is visible on your own link throughout the build, so handover is the last step rather than a surprise.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes — the studio works remotely with clients worldwide. Recent work includes a landmark ABC series in Australia, an event-structure brand in the UK and a styling-appliance brand selling across the Gulf.
What is education and engineering animation?
It is 3D animation used to explain how something works rather than to sell it — a transistor's doped layers, airflow separating off a wing, a machine's internal cycle. It shows the part a cutaway drawing cannot, which is why technical audiences watch it to the end.
