The problem
Off-the-shelf business software asks a company to work the way the software does. This client wanted the reverse: a system shaped around how their business already runs, with the repeat work taken off their team.
What we did
- Studied how the business actually runs before proposing anything: where the hours go, what repeats, and what a person still has to decide.
- Put the whole system on paper first, every step and every approval, so it could be changed while changing it was free.
- Built it as one custom system rather than a stack of subscriptions, with AI inside the repeat steps and a person kept wherever a decision matters.
- Handed it over to be run by the client's own team.
Where it landed
In use inside the client's business. We cannot show it here, which is the right way round: it is their system, not our portfolio piece.
